To subscribe to Mailkeep, simply start a trial and select Upgrade from your control panel.

Bandwidth and Quotas

Bandwidth is the amount of data received by Mailkeep and transmitted to your account. Quota is the amount of e-mail that can be held in your account at any time (while waiting to deliver it to you). Most e-mails are between 2kb and 4kb.

You are allowed to exceed your quota but we reserve the right to ask you either to remove excess mail or upgrade to a higher tier of account. If you exceed your bandwidth for a month you are automatically billed for it. You can check your usage at any time and you can change your account tier at any time too.

Light Usage Account

The Light Usage account will suit individuals and small businesses. The key limit on this account is 50mb of bandwidth per month. This equates to about 12,000 e-mails per month. If Mailkeep is your backup MX then only a portion of your e-mail will pass through Mailkeep and count toward your bandwidth.

Heavy Usage Account

The Heavy Usage account will suit medium and larger businesses. The key limit on this account is 500mb of bandwidth per month. This equates to about 120,000 e-mails per month.

Quota: 40mb
Domains: 10

$12.95 per month, or $144.95 per year ($12.08 per month)

If you expect to use more than 500mb per month then please contact us and we will provide a custom pricing arrangement. Alternatively, just choose the Heavy Usage account and if you do exceed the amount contact us to make arrangements.
